BONUS REDEMPTION RULES

Bonuses earned on purchases can be redeemed fully or partially on any products. 1 bonus = 1 RUB.

Promotional bonuses may be credited to your card. Promotional bonuses expire within the period specified in the promotion after being credited.

HOW TO EARN BONUSES?

Bonuses are awarded for:

  • • Completing brand tasks.
  • • Purchases.
  • • Inviting friends.
  • • Social media activity (likes, comments, reposts).

WHERE TO USE BONUSES?

  • • Paying part of an order.
  • • Free delivery.
  • • Product discounts.
  • • Participation in giveaways.
  • • Getting collectible cards.
  • • Buying exclusive items (superdrops).

BONUS ACCRUAL RULES

  1. 1. Bonuses are credited at 1% of the product price. For purchases made on your Birthday, as well as within three days before and three days after, bonuses are credited at 10% of the product price.
  2. 2. Bonuses are credited after the order is delivered.
  3. 3. When a product is returned, the bonuses accrued for that item are cancelled.
  4. 4. When returning products paid for with bonuses, a portion of the total bonuses used for payment is returned to the card, proportional to the value of the returned item relative to the total purchase amount.
